Navratri Puja Samagri & Vrat Groceries in Delhi

Navratri in Delhi is a citywide nine days. Jhandewalan and Kalkaji temples see long queues, CR Park does Durga Puja on its own scale, and in most homes it is Kalash sthapana on the first morning, an akhand jyot, daily Durga paath, and vrat food for nine days. The samagri and the vrat grocery are best bought before it all begins.

We have made two kits. The puja kit has the sthapana set — kalash, jau to sow, chunri, moli, roli, akhand-jyot oil and batti, dhoop, cowrie shells and a Durga photo. The vrat kit covers kuttu and singhara atta, sendha namak, sabudana, makhana, dry fruits and vrat-safe spices. Add a Durga Saptashati, a chunri-shringar set, or kanya-pujan items for Ashtami and Navami, and we deliver before Pratipada.

That takes the pre-Navratri trip to Sadar Bazaar or the local mandi — where sendha namak and kuttu atta go first — off the list.
