Each festival has its own booking window, shown on the festival page. You can pre-book festival kits and products as soon as booking opens, and we deliver them to your door before the festival.

Festival orders are delivered to your door before the festival, so everything is ready in time for your puja. If you need anything specific, add a note in Special Instructions at checkout or message us on WhatsApp.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through PhonePe's secure payment gateway. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery from your Orders page. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method.
